As the Infrastructure Project Manager, you will shape and execute the global technology integration framework, ensuring all sites meet current IT and security standards. You'll define the strategic direction for infrastructure deployment, guiding both new integrations and upgrades of existing environments across diverse regions.
What You'll Do
You will develop and maintain the Global Site Blueprint, establishing checklists and technical standards that ensure consistency and compliance. Lead cross-functional teams through integration lifecycles, applying gate validations and technical reviews to maintain quality and alignment. You'll manage capacity planning and long-term integration roadmaps, supporting future growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to implement IT policies, optimize legacy systems, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Design KPIs to track integration performance and conduct post-deployment audits to refine processes. Regular travel to global sites will support on-the-ground execution and strengthen coordination with local teams in the Americas and APAC.
