At Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), we are looking for a Vice President, PDS to lead our project management team. This role is pivotal in driving outstanding project management and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support for professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with client goals.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
- Champion a culture of collaboration by engaging with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
- Foster a climate of inclusivity, belonging, and wellbeing, promoting a diverse workforce.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with business development to drive growth.
- Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, leading sales and cross-selling meetings.
- Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and execute projects across the PDS platform.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
- 10+ years of project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects in commercial real estate.
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Excellent client management skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on innovative solutions.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as an MBA or project management.
- Professional certifications like PMP, LEED, or Six Sigma.
- Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.
- Proven experience in business development and securing new project opportunities.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $167,000.00 – $242,000.00 USD per year.
