Bookit is seeking a Vice President of Partner Marketing to lead an internal marketing agency responsible for crafting, presenting, and executing travel content marketing campaigns on behalf of its white-labeled brand clients. This senior leadership role requires a strategic and hands-on marketing operator who will drive go-to-market initiatives that increase end-user engagement, adoption, and revenue across Bookit’s enterprise partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead and operate an internal partner marketing agency serving Bookit’s white-labeled enterprise clients
- Develop travel and experience content marketing strategies tailored to each client’s brand, audience, and distribution model
- Prepare, recommend, and pitch client-specific marketing and GTM plans to partner executives and senior stakeholders
- Oversee and execute content marketing campaigns, including editorial concepts, promotions, landing pages, email campaigns, and partner activations
- Translate Bookit’s travel inventory, rewards, and platform capabilities into compelling, client-branded content narratives
- Serve as the senior marketing point of contact for enterprise partners
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Account Management on deal support, launches, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Product and Operations to ensure campaign execution aligns with platform capabilities and timelines
- Define success metrics for client marketing programs (engagement, activation, bookings, revenue contribution)
- Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on results
- Establish scalable agency workflows, templates, and playbooks to support multiple clients concurrently
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a marketing leader in a B2B or B2B2C environment
- Demonstrated ability to function as both a strategic advisor and an executional lead in marketing
- Experience developing and executing content-driven go-to-market campaigns
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to lead and scale an internal marketing agency model
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Operations teams
- Track record of driving measurable results in engagement, adoption, and revenue through marketing initiatives
Nice to Have
- Experience in the travel, fintech, crypto, retail, or entertainment industries
- Familiarity with white-labeled platform models and partner marketing dynamics
- Background in performance marketing and campaign optimization
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital payments landscape

Benefits & Compensation
- Eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus, determined based on individual performance, team impact, and overall company results
Bookit offers a base salary of $140,000–$160,000 for this role.
Work Mode
Candidates must be able to work hybrid in Miami; exceptional fully remote candidates may be considered.
