Drive revenue and build strategic relationships across the UK, Ireland, and Channel Islands as an Account Executive focused on cybersecurity education and certification. You'll be responsible for exceeding annual sales targets by engaging enterprise clients, government entities, and channel partners, positioning cybersecurity capabilities as a strategic enabler for workforce development and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan targeting large organizations (500+ employees), training partners, and academic institutions
- Use insight-led selling to challenge assumptions and align cybersecurity solutions with client objectives
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders through thought leadership and strategic dialogue
- Expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities using a consultative approach
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, IT, and product teams to support customer adoption and digital transformation
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking in Salesforce CRM
- Support digital commerce initiatives to enhance self-service capabilities
- Represent the organization at industry events and regional engagements
- Deliver regular progress updates and forecasts to leadership
- Work with global teams to support multinational accounts
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all customer and internal interactions
Qualifications
Applicants should demonstrate a consistent history of surpassing sales goals—particularly in cybersecurity, software, or professional training sectors—with annual performance exceeding $1 million. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office) are essential. Experience in B2B sales, government contracting, or channel partnerships within the EMEA region is highly valued.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Candidates with formal consultative sales training and a background in closing complex enterprise deals will have a distinct advantage. Multilingual abilities may enhance effectiveness but are not required.
Work Environment
