GoodLeap is seeking a Vice President of Credit & Underwriting Strategy to lead the development and execution of credit and underwriting strategies for our capital markets division.

What You'll Do

Lead the strategic development of credit and underwriting policies and models
Execute and oversee the implementation of new strategies across the capital markets division
Analyze portfolio performance and market trends to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with finance, risk, and sales teams to align strategy with business objectives

Proven experience leading credit strategy and underwriting for a capital markets or financial services organization
Deep expertise in credit risk modeling, portfolio analysis, and structured finance
