What You'll Do
You’ll play a key role in guiding nonprofit organizations through their technology evaluation process. Partnering with sales and customer success teams, you'll assess client needs, lead technical discovery sessions, and deliver tailored software demonstrations that highlight real-world impact. Your expertise will help shape how prospects understand the platform’s capabilities in fundraising, reporting, and system integrations.
You’ll contribute to responses for RFPs and RFIs, assist in scoping implementation plans, and maintain demonstration environments that reflect diverse use cases. By staying close to both clients and internal teams, you’ll provide actionable insights to product development based on field experience and customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of experience with nonprofit CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or fundraising technology
- Strong grasp of APIs, integrations, data querying, and reporting workflows
- Ability to lead technical conversations and clearly communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- A data-informed mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
