The Opportunity We're recruiting a Vice President of Marketing to lead comprehensive marketing strategies and construct a high-performing team. You'll define our brand identity, generate potential client pipelines, empower field operations, and collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams to accelerate growth across employer, TPA, and payer channels. Additionally, you'll partner with Client Success to develop strategies and materials supporting patient engagement. Key Responsibilities Own the marketing strategy & plan: Establish annual/quarterly strategic frameworks, budgetary allocations, channel configurations, and OKRs aligned with pipeline, revenue, and brand objectives. Build and lead the team: Recruit, mentor, and scale Brand, Growth/Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Communications/PR, Field/Partner Marketing, and Marketing Operations functions. Pipeline & growth: Generate marketing-sourced and influenced enterprise employer/TPA pipelines; optimize paid/owned/earned channels and events; minimize customer acquisition costs and time-to-payback periods. Product marketing: Refine ideal customer profiles and segmentation; develop positioning, messaging, and competitive narratives; create launch playbooks and enablement resources. Evidence & healthcare credibility: Transform clinical and claims data into compliant, compelling narratives; coordinate medical-legal reviews; maintain brand and claims integrity. Consultant/partner marketing: Develop broker/consultant programs; execute co-marketing initiatives with channel partners; enable field performance. Communications & brand: Direct PR efforts, manage analyst/press relationships, drive thought leadership, and implement social media strategies. Qualifications 7+ years in B2B/B2B2C marketing, 5+ years in healthcare sectors including digital health, benefits, payer/provider, care delivery, or health technology. Demonstrated enterprise growth experience: Successfully scaled pipelines for high-growth businesses across multiple channels and complex multi-stakeholder negotiations. Comprehensive expertise in product marketing, demand generation, brand communications, and marketing operations; proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. Proven ability to convert clinical/outcomes data into compliant commercial assets; thorough understanding of PHI/HIPAA and claims-substantiation protocols. Exceptional storytelling capabilities, executive presence, cross-functional leadership skills, and a entrepreneurial mindset.
