What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for both consumers and merchants, with a focus on increasing retention and order volume
- Lead the design and optimization of New Zealand’s in-app experience, ensuring relevance and ease of use
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to test and integrate new features
- Analyze performance across key metrics including conversion, retention, frequency, and category adoption
- Translate data insights into clear action plans and strategic priorities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Promotions teams to support merchant performance goals
- Define and monitor KPIs, using both quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions
- Drive experimentation to continuously improve the marketplace, aiming to make the business 1% better every day
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or analytics
- Strong analytical foundation with intermediate SQL skills and experience using dashboards
- Ability to break down complex problems and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Proven track record of using data to inform strategy and influence stakeholders
- A bias for action—someone who drives execution independently and challenges assumptions to find better solutions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Work Environment
