What You'll Do
Shape the operational backbone of a client-focused organization by ensuring strategic objectives are translated into clear, trackable actions. You'll design and deliver performance reporting for executive leadership, the board, and investors, providing a consistent narrative on progress, risks, and results.
Establish governance frameworks that align initiative intake, prioritization, and execution with company-wide strategy. You'll oversee the enterprise portfolio, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and timelines are held accountable across departments.
Work closely with functional leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to resolve dependencies and maintain momentum on high-impact projects. You'll maintain a centralized library of operational standards—including playbooks, templates, and cadences—to promote consistency and scalability.
Identify and assess opportunities for AI and automation to enhance productivity. Develop business cases, track adoption, and maintain a roadmap that links operational improvements to tangible outcomes. You'll also lead a bench of expert resources, directing them toward the organization’s most critical initiatives.
