Role Overview
As Director, Performance Management, you will drive strategic oversight of client account performance across major portfolios. Your work will center on defining, measuring, and improving outcomes that matter—going beyond standard metrics to align service delivery with broader business objectives. You'll ensure performance is not only tracked but anticipated, enabling leadership to act with foresight rather than reaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing performance reviews, including Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, delivering insights that reflect economic impact and functional value
- Define and manage a comprehensive performance framework, ensuring KPIs are clearly established, accurately measured, and consistently met
- Develop advanced outcome metrics that demonstrate tangible contributions to client goals beyond contractual obligations
- Identify performance gaps early and lead root cause analysis to implement effective corrective actions
- Transform operational data into executive-level narratives through risk registers and performance dashboards
- Drive adoption of predictive analytics to shift from reactive reporting to forward-looking decision support
- Maintain real-time accuracy in the Momentum platform, ensuring up-to-date performance tracking and milestone visibility
- Ensure seamless integration between Corrigo (CMMS) systems and reporting tools to create a unified source of performance truth
- Manage changes to contract scope as they affect performance targets through the Contract Change Request process
- Advocate internally for client priorities, aligning delivery teams with evolving definitions of success
- Monitor progress against annual Account Plans, verifying performance milestones are achieved on schedule
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have at least five years of experience in performance management or business operations within complex, high-pressure environments. You must demonstrate strong analytical judgment, with the ability to turn fragmented data into coherent, strategic narratives.
Proficiency with Momentum (CRM), Corrigo (CMMS), and data visualization platforms is required. Experience with Google Apps Script is beneficial. A Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is preferred and may support methodological rigor in outcome measurement.
Work Environment
This hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week on-site at one of the following locations: Austin, TX; Boulder, CO; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Mountain View, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA. The schedule supports consistent collaboration while allowing flexibility in day-to-day planning.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $121,200 – $159,400 per year. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with company match, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave at full salary, and generous paid time off.
