Lead and shape compliance initiatives across the EMEA region by building strategic relationships with major partners and driving adoption of Red Hat's subscription framework. This role is central to scaling compliance efforts through the Partner Ecosystem, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting sustainable growth in software asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct engagement with key partners to advance compliance programs and expand SEAP business reach
- Coordinate regional audit and customer assessment activities, including third-party collaborations when necessary
- Design and implement sales enablement strategies in partnership with Ecosystem Success teams
- Support local sales units in evaluating royalty accuracy and compliance timelines
- Conduct educational sessions and workshops focused on usage reporting and licensing best practices
- Identify reporting gaps and lead remediation efforts to improve data integrity
- Serve as a trusted advisor on contractual terms, translating complex conditions into clear, actionable insights
- Develop region-specific messaging and campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of compliance standards
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Channel, Renewals, Finance, and Legal teams to align compliance with business goals
- Document and share proven methods to strengthen ecosystem-wide execution
Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least five years of experience in compliance, sales, or client-facing roles with a strong background in software licensing, SAM, or sourcing. Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data, interpret contracts, and communicate commercial value is essential. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
