Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Vice President, Construction to drive outstanding project management and deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will inspire and lead a dynamic team of project managers, ensuring smooth project execution within our Projects & Development Services (PDS) business.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with client goals.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Champion a culture of collaboration by engaging with cross-functional teams locally and globally.
- Foster an inclusive climate, supporting wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with business development to drive growth.
- Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings.
- Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and execute projects across the PDS platform.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects in commercial real estate.
- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).
- Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.
- Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Compensation: $126,000.00 – $183,000.00 USD per year
