Altera Digital Health is hiring a Vice President of Cloud Hosting Services to provide strategic leadership for our hosting portfolio. At the intersection of technology and the human experience, we are driving a new era of healthcare where innovation elevates care delivery. In this remote role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and overseeing the sales and client success strategy.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to grow the Cloud Hosting Services line of business.
- Lead and mentor a team of client architects and sales representatives, ensuring alignment to sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Cultivate and maintain executive relationships with key clients and prospects to understand business needs and position cloud hosting solutions.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to build compelling value propositions and GTM campaigns.
- Own revenue targets and pipeline forecasting, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring team accountability.
- Stay current on cloud hosting trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs, representing the company at industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- 7+ years of experience in IT/Cloud/Managed Services with a focus on infrastructure and hosting solutions.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally overseeing both sales and pre-sales technical roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving client growth in B2B enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure models (public/private/hybrid), hosting services, data center operations, and security/compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Nice to Have
- Experience in scaling cloud services organizations from early growth stages.
- Background in IT consulting, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting services and platforms.
- Experience selling to healthcare, financial services, or regulated industries.
Team & Environment
You will lead a small team of sales executives and client architects, providing direction and mentorship to drive business objectives.

- Compensation range: $150,000 - $175,000 USD
