Covetrus is hiring a Regional Project Manager CEES, a brand-new role within our Operational Excellence team. You will bring bold ideas to life, leading strategic projects that elevate operations across our diverse international landscape. Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, you’ll ensure initiatives align with long-term goals and deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do

• Partner with local leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver key strategic initiatives.
• Build structured project plans with clear goals, timelines, and outcomes.
• Lead diverse teams through execution, managing scope, budgets, and risks.
• Keep stakeholders aligned with regular updates and proactive communication.
• Deliver post-project insights, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing supply chain or operational projects at a strategic level.
• Strong grasp of logistics and process optimization.
• A recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, CAPM).
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Nice to Have

• Commercial understanding.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Knowledge of other regional languages.
