You will lead and optimize retail operations across Texas, ensuring consistent execution of company standards from Amarillo to Victoria. Your focus will be on driving efficiency, compliance, and team development across multiple locations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations to ensure cost-effective and compliant practices
- Manage inventory accuracy, cash handling procedures, and facility maintenance
- Develop and maintain staff schedules to support business needs
- Lead merchandising efforts and ensure brand standards are met
- Support new store openings and coordinate deployment logistics
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate compliance and operational performance
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and service delivery
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategic and operational goals
- Travel regularly across the region to support and mentor teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and operational best practices
