What You'll Do
Oversee a team of Fieldwork Coordinators, guiding their performance, development, and workload balance to ensure consistent project delivery. Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans for team members needing support, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Ensure adherence to project protocols through regular audits and training, maintaining high accuracy and quality across all tasks. Provide clear direction and hands-on support to help the team meet service expectations for internal stakeholders and deliver reliable outcomes.
Drive innovation in recruitment by encouraging alternative strategies to improve response rates and manage project costs effectively. Guide the team in using multichannel approaches—including email, phone outreach, online ads, social media, and referral networks—to meet sampling goals.
Track project performance and expenses closely, contributing to stronger gross profit and timely completion. Use insights from reporting tools to identify gaps and ensure all recruitment efforts are fully deployed across partner projects.
Collaborate with leadership to refine project workflows and enhance internal tools, bringing forward practical ideas for improving functionality and efficiency. Maintain deep familiarity with project lifecycle stages and ensure team activities align with service level agreements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing operational teams in project delivery or fieldwork coordination
- Strong grasp of project lifecycle management and performance metrics
- Ability to train, mentor, and evaluate team members effectively
