Lead and develop a team of Fieldwork Coordinators in a fully remote environment, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery of projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for guiding team members through all stages of the project lifecycle, monitoring performance metrics, and balancing workloads to maintain efficiency and accountability.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in line with service level agreements and project specifications
- Coach, evaluate, and support team development through regular feedback, performance reviews, and targeted improvement plans
- Oversee the implementation of multichannel recruitment strategies, including email outreach, phone campaigns, online advertising, and community engagement
- Monitor sampling outcomes and project expenditures, identifying opportunities to improve gross profit and delivery timelines
- Conduct routine audits to verify adherence to internal policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to refine project delivery workflows and reporting systems
- Advocate for enhancements to internal tools and platforms to increase usability and effectiveness
- Ensure team members apply best practices in custom recruitment, adapting approaches to improve response rates and cost efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience managing remote teams through performance tracking, coaching, and workload coordination
- Strong grasp of project lifecycle management and fieldwork execution processes
