Allshore Talent is hiring a Project Manager to guide enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving adoption and ensuring smooth transitions for employees, customers, and partners.

What You'll Do

Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects from kickoff through implementation.
Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies.
Lead structured change management efforts using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs.
Manage internal (employee) and external (customer/vendor/partner) transition and communication plans.
Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the success of transformation initiatives.
Develop and present dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decision-making and optimization.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and KPIs to support strategic planning and execution.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives.
PMP Certification required.
Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact.
Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable influencing without authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
Advanced English proficiency.
