Allshore Talent is hiring a Project Manager to guide enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving adoption and ensuring smooth transitions for employees, customers, and partners.
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects from kickoff through implementation.
- Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies.
- Lead structured change management efforts using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
- Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs.
- Manage internal (employee) and external (customer/vendor/partner) transition and communication plans.
- Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the success of transformation initiatives.
- Develop and present dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decision-making and optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and KPIs to support strategic planning and execution.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives.
- PMP Certification required.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable influencing without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
