What You'll Do
Guide high-impact product programs from concept through launch, ensuring disciplined execution across teams. You’ll shape how work moves through the organization by refining the Product Development Lifecycle, defining clear stages, and establishing repeatable practices that reduce ambiguity and accelerate delivery.
Own the design and maintenance of our product roadmap system, ensuring it reflects real-time progress, dependencies, and strategic alignment with company objectives. Develop dashboards and reporting rhythms that give leadership visibility into initiative health and outcomes, enabling informed decision-making.
Identify and resolve cross-team bottlenecks, manage risk proactively, and support timely escalation when needed. You’ll also lead efforts to standardize documentation, templates, and workflows—improving consistency, transparency, and quality across delivery teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program or project management experience in technology-driven environments, preferably within fintech or regulated industries
- Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous initiatives from definition to delivery, with strong examples of managing risk, change, and stakeholder alignment
- Direct experience shaping and improving product development frameworks, including stage gates and core documentation such as problem statements, PRDs, and post-launch reviews
- Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana, or Confluence
- Experience with roadmap or portfolio management platforms such as Productboard, Aha!, or Jira Align
- Skill in connecting business goals to execution—using OKRs to track progress and build meaningful reporting for leadership
- Strong communication abilities, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and fostering alignment across disciplines
