What You'll Do
As a Project Management Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful execution of automation initiatives for enterprise clients. You’ll work closely with project leads and technical teams to ensure deliverables stay on track and communication flows smoothly across internal and customer-facing groups.
You’ll help organize project timelines, monitor milestones, and maintain documentation such as meeting summaries, risk logs, and action item trackers. Your contributions will support timely reporting and help identify potential delays before they impact progress.
This role involves preparing agendas, coordinating meetings, and ensuring follow-up items are captured and assigned. You’ll also assist in aligning team schedules across multiple projects, helping to optimize resource availability and project flow.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline. You bring strong organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you’ll interact with various stakeholders across technical and business functions. You have a foundational understanding of project management frameworks—whether Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models—and a proactive mindset when identifying and addressing challenges.
Comfort in client-facing settings, a customer-oriented approach, and a genuine interest in technology and process optimization are important. You adapt quickly in fast-moving environments and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional settings.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is beneficial. Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role strengthens your application. Exposure to automation, enterprise software, or AI-related projects is a plus, though not required. Knowledge of the UiPath platform is advantageous but not mandatory.

This role offers flexibility in work location and schedule, with hybrid, remote, and office-based options available depending on team needs. The company fosters a diverse and inclusive environment, providing equal opportunities regardless of age, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, or military or veteran status.
Reasonable accommodations are available upon request, and the organization respects applicant privacy throughout the hiring process. The culture emphasizes curiosity, self-direction, generosity, and a shared commitment to meaningful innovation through automation.
