Sezzle is seeking a Vice President, Business Development to lead our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base. You will join a dynamic team at a public relations agency, focusing on cultivating relationships and driving strategic partnerships.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve the agency's growth objectives.
Lead efforts to acquire new clients by prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting outreach, and pitching agency services.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including prospective clients, industry partners, and relevant organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations customized to client needs.
Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Establish KPIs, track and analyze metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the Public Relations industry.
Strong understanding of Public Relations principles, practices, and trends.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
