What You'll Do
Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs through interviews and workshops, focusing on Veeva Network and VOD integration projects. Turn complex requirements into clear functional specs and process diagrams that guide development.
Lead data migration efforts from Informatica to Veeva systems, including data cleansing, matching, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Define how systems interface with one another and verify that integrations operate smoothly across platforms.
Support User Acceptance Testing by validating workflows and troubleshooting issues, ensuring solutions meet user expectations. Act as a liaison between business units and IT, advising on technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
Respond quickly to user-reported problems, prioritize fixes, and assist in refining the product backlog. Help design efficient solutions, create test plans, and develop training resources for end users.
Ensure system lifecycle documentation reflects current processes and adheres to regulatory standards. Coordinate integration timelines across related initiatives and support SCRUM ceremonies as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Veeva Network and Veeva Vault (VOD)
- Proven experience migrating data, especially from Informatica to Veeva environments
- Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate across departments and translate between technical and non-technical teams
- Commitment to aligning solutions with business goals and industry regulations
