Kariera w Pekao - Bank Polska S.A. is looking for a Value Stream Leader - Treasury and Investments. You will act as the business owner for this value stream within the bank's electronic banking channels for corporate clients, defining its vision and strategy to maximize delivered business value.
What You'll Do
- Act as the business owner of the treasury and investments value stream in electronic banking for corporate clients.
- Define and implement the vision and strategy for the stream based on business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the backlog of initiatives and functionalities.
- Continuously analyze customer needs, behaviors, and competitor offerings.
- Initiate and coordinate activities to implement new solutions and improvements in remote channels.
- Coordinate the work of multidisciplinary teams, including IT delivery units, analytical, UX, and business teams.
- Work closely with product units to plan, implement, and roll out initiatives.
- Oversee IT work execution for compliance with the stream's vision, scope, schedule, and quality.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to gather needs, translate them into development initiatives, and communicate solutions.
- Be responsible for maximizing the business value delivered within the stream.
- Prepare recommendations, presentations, and decision-making materials for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure implemented initiatives are consistent with the bank's architecture, regulations, and security standards.

- Understanding of project team problems and ability to develop solutions.
- Ability to make decisions and effectively finalize open tasks.
