Entain is hiring a UX/UI Designer Specialist to join the Marketing team in Roma. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming business needs into user-centric solutions, developing wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces, and collaborating closely with development teams to bring designs to life.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with your manager and stakeholders to analyze business needs and transform them into user-centric solutions.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, balancing usability with aesthetics.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure correct implementation of designs and solve interaction problems.
- Optimize UI components to improve usability and efficiency based on feedback.
- Apply guidelines from the Design System, ensuring visual consistency and contributing to its improvement.
- Support UX Research in creating usability tests.
- Monitor and adopt best practices and new design trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
What We're Looking For
- A Diploma and/or Degree in Design (Communication Design, Product Design, or similar).
- At least 3 years of experience in a UX/UI design role.
- Intermediate knowledge of quick sketching and communicating journey and interface ideas.
- Strong communication skills to present your work during presentations and workshops.
- A collaborative spirit and openness to working with diverse abilities.
- Advanced use of Figma.
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to work in a full-time position.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
