Wavestone is hiring a Senior Consultant UX/UI & Design Industrialisation - Digital Customer

Wavestone is seeking a Senior Consultant UX/UI & Design Industrialisation to join our Digital Customer business unit. In this role, you will design efficient, scalable digital experiences while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to our growth and internal expertise. You will be part of the Digital Makers offer, working alongside designers, product owners, developers, and data specialists.

What You'll Do

• Design efficient and scalable digital experiences by guiding clients in creating accessible, high-performing digital solutions.
• Develop UX/UI solutions aligned with business and technological challenges, integrating user-centered approaches.
• Oversee the integration of designs with front-end development teams.
• Mentor junior consultants by defining priorities, ensuring skills development, and implementing methodologies and best practices.
• Develop and disseminate firm knowledge on key topics within the practice.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities, participating in commercial meetings, and writing tailored client proposals.
• Develop offers related to design industrialization and digital strategies.
• Lead and contribute to internal initiatives by producing content (articles, case studies), sharing expertise in training and internal events, and collaborating with experts in sustainability, data, retail, and other domains.

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree (BAC+5).
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design, ideally in a consulting or specialized agency environment.
• Strong expertise in designing digital experiences and Product Design.
• Solid understanding of design industrialization challenges (Design Systems, Design Ops, scaling UX practices).
• First experience in team supervision and autonomous project management.
• Proficiency with market tools: Figma, Adobe XD, as well as CRM, Market Automation, DMP, and e-commerce platforms impacting customer experience.
• Intellectual curiosity, critical and analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Team & Environment

You will join the Digital Makers offer within the Digital Customer business unit, which includes 50 Designers, 100 Product Owners/Managers, 50 developers, and 100 Data Analysts/Scientists.
