Blip Global is hiring a Senior Product Designer to transform the complexity of banking and credit services into intuitive, transparent, and secure user experiences. You will ensure high-quality visual and interaction design across our platform, simplifying critical financial journeys from credit contracting to transaction management.

What You'll Do

Lead Discovery processes, conducting research to understand user financial barriers and needs across B2B and B2C contexts.
Design complex financial journeys for onboarding, checkout, credit contracting, and debt negotiation to reduce friction and increase conversion.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders from banks and financial institutions to align vision and define solutions meeting business and regulatory needs.
Create end-to-end hybrid flows, anticipating UX best practices and Generative AI principles for fluid interactions.
Develop interfaces that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable visualizations for decision-makers.
Maintain and evolve the Design System to ensure visual consistency and scalability across multiple financial products.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure technical feasibility, particularly with legacy banking system integrations.
Define and track product success metrics like approval rate and churn to propose continuous improvements.
Build high-fidelity prototypes that simulate real transaction experiences to validate ideas with stakeholders.
Document design specifications with efficient handoff, paying special attention to error cases common in finance.
Use AI tools to optimize creation and prototyping workflows.

What We're Looking For

Advanced mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Solid experience building and maintaining Design Systems and scalable component libraries.
Deep knowledge of Information Architecture and Usability, with a focus on simplifying complex processes.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing focused on trust and information clarity.
Ability to work with product metrics and data analysis to drive decisions (Data Driven Design).
Experience working in agile methodologies with multidisciplinary squads.
Strong communication and client-facing skills to defend design proposals and negotiate with executive stakeholders.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

Previous experience with Consigned Credit, Loans, or Investment products.
Knowledge of Open Finance, Pix, and their impacts on user journeys.
Understanding of digital accessibility norms (WCAG) applied to financial services.
Notions of economic psychology or behavioral design.
Familiarity with Generative AI and Prompt Engineering applied to design workflows.
Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
