T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a UX Designer. In this role, you will apply your user-centered design expertise to create engaging digital experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also leverage your strong graphic design skills to develop visually impactful presentations, decks, and graphical materials for internal and client-facing needs.
What You'll Do
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create and iterate on design solutions.
- Create visually impactful PowerPoint presentations and decks for internal stakeholders, leadership, and client-facing purposes.
- Develop presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts, research findings, and project updates.
- Ensure consistency in visual design and branding across all presentations.
- Design charts, infographics, and other graphical elements to support and enhance presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to produce high-quality graphics for various business needs.
- Maintain a keen eye for visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and composition to create clean and effective visual storytelling.
- Work closely with team members to gather and integrate feedback into the design process.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions, sharing insights and solutions to design challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional and visually engaging decks.
- Strong experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to create effective visual content (e.g., infographics, charts, and graphical representations).
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic front-end development.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with additional design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
