As a Visual Designer on the Product Design Team at Appspace, you will elevate the visual craft of all company outputs, including presentations, marketing assets, illustrations, and branded experiences. You'll work closely with product designers, marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, clear, and inspiring visual storytelling across every touchpoint.
What You'll Do
- Design high-quality presentations for executive reviews, conferences, and customer engagements.
- Create compelling visual narratives that translate complex product concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Develop custom illustrations, graphics, and visual assets that strengthen our brand expression.
- Partner with Product Marketing to design launch materials, one-pagers, campaigns, and digital assets.
- Maintain and evolve Appspace’s visual language across product and marketing touchpoints.
- Ensure visual consistency across decks, documentation, web assets, and in-product visuals.
- Support the Product Design team with polished UI visuals, icons, and branded assets as needed.
- Contribute to and help refine visual standards within our design system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to raise the bar on visual quality across the organization.
- Bring fresh visual ideas and elevate the aesthetic quality of our outputs.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our creative execution.
- Champion attention to detail — typography, layout, color, and composition matter here.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field — or equivalent portfolio experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing presentation design, brand systems, marketing assets, and illustration work.
- Exceptional visual design skills with mastery of typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience creating executive-level presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
