Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user experience for a specific domain or platform layer, from initial research to production-ready prototypes, ensuring solutions support user adoption, long-term engagement, and scalable design patterns.
- Define and prioritize meaningful design challenges within complex regulatory or jurisdictional contexts, then establish clear interaction models and product direction.
- Create functional prototypes that validate critical user flows early, reducing technical risk and enabling engineering teams to build efficiently with minimal iteration.
- Ensure system-wide consistency in accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2 AA) and brand expression, treating these as foundational requirements.
- Advance team capabilities through thoughtful critique, mentorship during hiring, and active participation in designer recruitment and onboarding.
