Responsibilities
- Establish and guide the company's design methodology and workflow.
- Manage the complete design process, including research, competitive analysis, testing, and delivery of visually appealing and functional mobile interfaces.
- Take full ownership of design projects from concept to launch, creating meaningful and effective applications independently.
- Produce deliverables across all UI design phases, including prototypes, mockups, production assets, and store-ready visuals.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure long-term scalability and visual consistency across all products.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform benchmarks and uncover product opportunities.
- Work closely with Product and Development teams to design high-impact features and product improvements.
