Paired is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development and execution of brand identities across all touchpoints for our US-based, remote DTC company. You'll ensure visual consistency and excellence while translating brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Create and evaluate brand identities, including logos, typography, color systems, and visual guidelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print media, including social media, websites, campaigns, presentations, and packaging.
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on branding.
- Proven portfolio showcasing brand identity systems and visual storytelling.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Experience creating and applying brand guidelines across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
