What You'll Do
Shape how the organization is perceived internally and externally by crafting visual content that reflects company culture, values, and employee experiences in Bangladesh. You'll design compelling image and video assets for career pages, recruitment campaigns, social media, and internal communications, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all platforms.
Partner with HR, Admin, and recruiting teams to plan and execute employer branding events, both on-site and off-site, while supporting ad-hoc requests from local leadership. Work closely with the US design team to align global brand strategy with local execution, translating messaging into effective visual formats.
Support broader marketing efforts by producing digital assets, presentations, and campaign materials. You'll adapt and localize content for different audiences without compromising brand integrity, and contribute to content marketing, social media, and digital campaigns through design and coordination.
Requirements
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with at least three years of experience in branding or marketing design. Your portfolio showcases clean, functional design work across digital and print media, including video content. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Express—is essential.
You understand brand systems and visual identity principles, and you're skilled at maintaining consistency across diverse touchpoints. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are a must, along with a keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for marketing in all its forms. You must be comfortable working evening hours (1–10 PM BDT) and be tech-savvy enough to navigate remote collaboration tools.
