What You'll Do
Collaborate with creative leads to shape authentic, high-impact visual strategies for progressive organizations, Democratic leaders, and political campaigns. Design direct mail materials—such as letters, brochures, and flyers—that clearly convey complex messages while maintaining brand consistency and visual strength. Develop original concepts and iterate on design ideas in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings alongside internal and client teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in print or direct mail design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to think unconventionally and propose bold, effective design ideas
- Flexibility to align designs with established formats and brand guidelines
- Dedication to advancing social change through visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with political campaigns, nonprofit fundraising, or advocacy work is a plus, though not required.
