As an Associate Art Designer on the direct mail team, you’ll play a key role in shaping visual communications that support nonprofit organizations, progressive campaigns, and advocacy initiatives. Your work will help translate complex messages into clear, powerful designs that resonate with audiences and drive real-world impact.

During peak periods like election seasons, you’ll support team needs with occasional evening or weekend availability.
You’ll also build design decks that follow established style guidelines, contribute to client discussions, and help maintain a consistent, high-quality creative output across multiple projects.
