About the Role

CUHK Medical Centre Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications, you will play a key role in creating visual content that supports our brand and public communications.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the graphic design of branding and publicity materials, including posters, leaflets, advertisements, and infographics.
  • Conduct video shooting for interviews and promotional clips, and manage post-production editing.
  • Perform photo-shooting for corporate functions and other initiatives.
  • Assist in video production projects, including script writing and Chinese/English subtitle editing, translation, and proofreading.
  • Manage the in-hospital digital panel display system.
  • Liaise and coordinate with team members, internal parties, and external vendors on assigned tasks.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with corporate identity guidelines and branding direction.
  • Support branding and communications events as required.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • University graduate in Creative Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in creative design and multimedia production within sizable organizations.
  • Project and vendor management experience.
  • Proven experience in creative design, photo & video shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Responsible, with a strong aesthetic sense, can-do spirit, and ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Good multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work overtime and beyond standard office hours.
  • Good command of Chinese and English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Animate.
  • Experience working in marketing agencies or creative agencies.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry.

Team & Environment

You will report directly to the Manager, Corporate Communications.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive remuneration package.
  • Appointment on a 3-year contract with a contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.

Work Mode

This role is an onsite position.
