The Graphic Designer will work within the Creative Team in Cairo, reporting to the Head of Design. This role focuses on creating original design solutions for events, digital platforms, and print materials. The designer will collaborate with team members, respond to project briefs, and contribute ideas during brainstorming and pitch sessions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to design briefs for active projects and team presentations
- Proactively propose new ideas, both large and small, for team consideration
- Address feedback from internal teams professionally and promptly
- Manage last-minute projects requiring fast delivery
- Stay informed about production standards and best practices for digital, online, and print media
- Take part in team brainstorming and pitch meetings
- Maintain a clear and accessible file organization system for shared team access
- Keep current with evolving design trends and explore new techniques, styles, and creative methods
- Enjoy a positive and engaging work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional design experience, preferably in event-based projects or agency settings
- Strong conceptual and visual design abilities supported by solid technical skills
- Motivation to expand knowledge of design workflows, explore new visual styles, and advance creative thinking
- Excellent organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative and resourceful approach with a focus on understanding challenges before developing solutions
- Enjoys collaborative work in a creative environment, sharing and refining ideas with others
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Animation experience is highly valued and should be shared with references if available
- UX/UI design skills are considered a significant advantage
