Tahaluf is hiring a Graphic Designer based in Cairo, Egypt, reporting to the Head of Design. In this role, you will respond to creative briefs, bring forward ideas, and deliver innovative design experiences that support our events and brand projects.
What You'll Do
- Respond to creative design briefs for ongoing projects and team pitches.
- Be proactive and continue to bring forward ideas, both big and small, to pitch to teams.
- Handle ad hoc projects with quick turnaround times when necessary.
- Keep up to date with media production for digital, online, and print, knowing the technical specifications and best practices for each.
- Participate in pitch processes and brainstorming sessions with the wider team.
- Maintain an organised file structure and data management system for easy team access.
- Stay up to date with current design trends and new techniques.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a designer in the events industry or with an agency.
- Strong visual and conceptual skills, with the technical ability behind the computer to back this up.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative, resourceful, and dedicated to fully understanding a problem before reaching a solution.
- Love working as part of a creative team, bouncing ideas off others to produce the best work.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communicator with a high attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Animation skills are a huge plus but not a necessity.
- Having UX/UI skills is a big bonus point.
