Tahaluf is hiring an UX Designer

The UX Designer will shape user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms by combining research, design, and user advocacy. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to embed UX practices throughout the product development process within the Product and Platform team based in Penang.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and refinement of end-to-end user journeys, creating intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and needs.
  • Transform complex user challenges and requirements into clear, effective design solutions.
  • Define and implement UX measurement strategies, including setting metrics, conducting A/B tests, and validating improvements in user engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure UX principles are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in UX design or related fields, with a demonstrated history of delivering user-centered digital products.
  • Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and mapping user journeys.
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma, Axure, or Balsamiq.
  • Solid understanding of information architecture, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Confident in interpreting user needs and aligning design solutions with business objectives in collaboration with product teams.
  • Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing.
  • Able to work effectively with visual designers and developers.
  • A portfolio that showcases problem-solving abilities and UX design thinking.

  • Experience facilitating discovery sessions and presenting research findings to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of usability testing and A/B testing methodologies.
