Wavestone is hiring a Consultant UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Customer business unit. In this role, you will help large companies in Retail, Luxury, Consumer Goods, and Services accelerate their digital strategies by guiding them through the complete product lifecycle, from understanding user needs to ideation, prototyping, user testing, and development support.
What You'll Do
- Operationally design digital experiences using a user-centered approach.
- Frame user and UX needs through workshops, interviews, and formalized deliverables.
- Co-construct digital solutions adapted to user needs and usage contexts.
- Design and specify interfaces.
- Organize and conduct user tests and analyze the results.
- Embody the UX and Digital Maker value proposition for our clients.
- Accompany clients in building efficient, accessible, and scalable digital experiences.
- Contribute to responses to commercial proposals.
- Produce content such as articles, case studies, and experience reports.
- Speak on topics of expertise.
- Develop expertise through monitoring market trends and innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate from a top engineering school, business school, university, or design school with a specialization or affinity for UX Design and Digital Project Management.
- Completed an internship and/or have initial experience as a UX/UI designer in a web, communication, or design agency, or as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
- First level of sensitivity to digital product conception (product management, product/service/process design).
- Master prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Good understanding of design thinking and UX Design methodologies.
- Intellectual curiosity to quickly understand client specifics.
- Critical and analytical mind, excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of service and excellence.
