Wavestone is offering a UX Design Internship designed to build cutting-edge knowledge and expertise on key UX topics to create differentiating market advantages. You’ll work under a mentor’s supervision, focusing on researching, analyzing, and creating actionable deliverables for one of several strategic themes.

What You'll Do

Conduct interviews and workshops with Wavestone consultants to gather feedback and leverage internal expertise.
Research current market best practices and future trends, conduct market watch, and develop the firm's convictions.
Translate UX Design challenges into concrete use cases representative of client projects.
Build an actionable deliverable for clients (pitch support, methodology, tool) and/or for the UX community (training material, conviction slides).

What We're Looking For

Currently a student within a top engineering school, business school, or major university.
Attracted to consulting and possess a strong interest in digital transformation topics within leading companies.
Wish to develop skills related to the consulting profession and organizational transformation challenges.

Nice to Have

Curiosity, analytical mind, and ability to master new topics, whether business or technological.
Initial interest in UX Design in all its aspects (user research, ideation, user journey design...).
Interest in innovation, staying regularly informed about major new technology developments.
For the 'Industrialisation de l'UX' theme: Trained as an engineer or in digital professions, with the technical acumen to understand developer challenges.
For the 'Industrialisation de l'UX' theme: Basic training or experience in UX/UI design, wishing to deepen skills while exploring an innovative branch of the discipline.
