Pearl Talent is looking for a UX/UI Designer to lead the design of web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and visually engaging experience across platforms. This role transforms complex product requirements into elegant design systems while maintaining consistency with brand expression.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and app products.
Translate product requirements into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms.
Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver design solutions.
Create and maintain scalable design systems.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and product insights.
Balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
Support design implementation through collaboration with engineers.
Contribute to brand expression through product interfaces.
Explore animation and motion design to improve user experience.
Ensure visual consistency between brand and product experiences.

What We're Looking For

Strong UX/UI design foundation with proven product experience.
Experience designing for web and application-based products.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and execution.

Nice to Have

Experience with animation or motion design.
Background in brand experience or visual storytelling.
Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
