LumiMeds is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing, growth, and brand initiatives. You will work closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to produce high-quality visuals across digital platforms for a scaling healthtech company.
What You'll Do
- Design visual assets for social media, ads, email, web, and landing pages
- Create graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and growth teams on creative concepts
- Revise designs based on feedback and performance insights
- Manage multiple design requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design work
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)
- Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color
- Ability to take feedback well and iterate quickly
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, SaaS, or startup environments is a plus
- Experience designing for paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Basic understanding of marketing funnels or conversion-focused design
- Motion graphics or short-form video design experience
