BioPak is hiring a Video Editing and Graphic Design Associate to shape our social media presence through short-form video. In this role, you will edit engaging video content and manage publishing for a B2B technology company specializing in TikTok-style video feeds and video commerce, with a focus on sports and betting content.
What You'll Do
- Edit short-form videos (10–60 seconds) for platforms like TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Add captions, overlays, transitions, and branded elements to videos.
- Repurpose creator videos into multiple engaging clips.
- Maintain quality, pacing, and consistency across all content.
- Create, schedule, and post content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Research trends, trending audio, hashtags, and content angles.
- Optimize posts for reach and engagement.
- Support analytics tracking and basic reporting.
- Stay updated on sports events, betting odds, and trends.
- Draft simple captions that match sports & betting culture.
- Maintain organized content libraries.
- Troubleshoot minor upload or formatting issues.
- Follow SOPs and iterate based on feedback.
- Communicate clearly with U.S.-based team members.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.
- Proven experience editing short-form video content.
- Strong familiarity with CapCut and Canva, or any video and image editing software.
- Understanding of TikTok-style formats, pacing, and trends.
- Excellent English comprehension and communication.
- Highly tech-literate and comfortable learning new tools.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Social Media management.
- Knowledge of sports and sports betting.
