HireHawk is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to focus on social media and digital content. In this remote role, you will design high-impact visual assets that strengthen our brand presence across all digital platforms.

What You'll Do

Design engaging visual assets for social media, including posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, banners, and ads.
Create branded templates to ensure visual consistency across campaigns.
Adapt designs to fit different platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
Optimize visuals for engagement, clarity, and performance.
Create simple motion graphics and slow-motion visual effects when required.
Support short-form video content with overlays, transitions, and animations.
Enhance video quality through dynamic visual elements.
Support basic UX/UI design needs, such as landing pages, website elements, and user flows.
Contribute to improving visual consistency across all digital touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of graphic design experience, especially for social media.
A strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital design work.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
Basic experience with motion graphics or slow-motion effects.
Understanding of social media design trends and best practices.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on brand consistency.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in UX/UI design.
Experience working with growing brands or online communities.
Knowledge of video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
Understanding of conversion-focused design principles.
