As an Internship Content Creative Strategist, you'll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with entrepreneurs and innovators. You'll help develop and implement content strategies that resonate across platforms, combining storytelling with performance analysis to strengthen engagement and brand presence.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on defining social media strategy, tone, and narrative direction
- Create engaging visuals, short-form videos, and copy tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Support planning and execution of photo and video shoots when needed
- Manage editorial calendars and coordinate content distribution
- Monitor community interactions and foster meaningful connections
- Align organic content with paid initiatives to ensure cohesive messaging
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion
- Use insights to refine creative approaches and improve ad effectiveness
- Maintain visual and tonal consistency across digital platforms, email, and campaigns
Requirements
- Strong creative instinct paired with analytical thinking
- Proven ability to craft compelling stories and understand brand identity
- Experience with short-form video formats and what captures attention online
- Familiarity with content creation tools including Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or Figma
- Self-starter with agility to adapt quickly in a fast-moving setting
- Native-level proficiency in French; strong command of English
