Launch Potato is hiring a Senior Product Designer to create data-informed, conversion-optimized user experiences across our web properties. You will drive measurable revenue and performance gains in our high-growth, high-performance culture where speed, ownership, and impact are paramount.
What You'll Do
- Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences from concept through high-fidelity prototypes and development hand-off.
- Independently lead design projects across all stages, including stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration.
- Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics like CVR and RPS, heatmaps, and user recordings.
- Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX and CRO design.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization.
- Propose and implement design process improvements to enhance experimentation velocity and scalability.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment.
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate and revenue per session.
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools and fluency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
