TensorOps is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its team in Milan, Italy, focused on the Speechify product. In this role, you will design and refine user experiences across mobile and web platforms, pitching, prototyping, and shipping new features. You will influence product strategy and help shape the design organization within a high-growth, remote-first startup.
What You'll Do
- Pitch, prototype, test, build, ship, and refine new features
- Refine UX/UI patterns across iOS and Android apps
- Rethink onboarding and core user flows
- Influence the product roadmap
- Refine process and help shape the design organization
