Bellezza LLC is hiring a Creative Strategist to take full ownership of our creative pipeline. This role is focused on increasing output, improving win rate, and building the team and systems needed for sustainable scaling. We're looking for someone who wants to go all-in, not juggle multiple gigs.
What You'll Do
- Ideate and execute creative iterations and net new ad concepts.
- Write high-performing copy for your ad concepts.
- Ideate and execute performance landing pages like advertorials and listicles.
- Analyze creative performance, conduct market research, and uncover winning angles.
- Build and maintain creative systems using tools like Notion and Google Sheets.
- Help recruit and grow the creative team, including editors, UGC creators, and designers.
- Lead and manage the execution pipeline across all creative roles.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in direct response creative strategy, ideally in high-spend environments ($1MM+/mo).
- Deep experience in both creative strategy and copywriting.
- Proven ability to translate insights into high-performing creatives that deliver revenue impact.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-output startup environment.
