What You'll Do
Shape the global creative direction for a leading international brand, overseeing the full lifecycle of campaign development—from initial concept through final production. Guide the creation of compelling visual assets tailored for digital platforms, social media, out-of-home advertising, packaging, and in-store displays.
Ensure high creative standards and brand coherence across all markets, with focused collaboration on key regions including the United States, Italy, and Germany. Act as the primary liaison with the global creative agency, managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables to maintain alignment and efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams across media, social, innovation, and regional marketing to deliver fully integrated campaigns. Lead the localization of global assets, ensuring cultural relevance without compromising brand integrity.
Requirements
Oversee the evolution and enforcement of the brand’s visual identity system, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints worldwide. Regularly update and expand brand guidelines to reflect new design directions, formats, and market needs. Partner with packaging, digital, and trade marketing teams to deliver a seamless brand experience.
Provide creative leadership on innovation initiatives, contributing to product concept development, storytelling frameworks, and launch materials. Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to explore and define new design territories for emerging products.
