SKELAR is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth for Dressly, our AI-powered fashion venture. You'll be responsible for developing marketing strategy and managing performance advertising campaigns to rapidly scale the business in key global markets.

What You'll Do

Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics including CPI, CAC, CTR, CR, ROAS, ROMI, and LTV.
Test different user acquisition funnels and growth strategies.
Work closely with the creative team: generating ideas, setting tasks, analyzing results, and providing feedback.
Research competitors and the lifestyle/AI-based mobile & web products market.
Scale successful campaigns on Tier-1 markets (USA, Canada, Australia, Western Europe).

What We're Looking For

1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
Practical experience working with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads and other paid UA channels.
Deep understanding of key performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Hook rate).
Ability to work with analytical tools: Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Tableau / Looker / Power BI or equivalents.
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, experiment, and take initiative.
