What You'll Do
Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns aimed at growing and retaining users across Europe, with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes. Use behavioral data to shape strategies that improve conversion, engagement, and long-term value.
Build and refine automated user journeys based on segmentation and personalization, ensuring timely and relevant messaging throughout the lifecycle. Run A/B tests and analyze results to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Work closely with product, content, and operations teams to align messaging and execution. Deliver regular performance updates, track KPIs, and recommend data-backed optimizations. Stay informed about shifts in digital marketing, growth tactics, and the evolving crypto landscape.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with a track record in user behavior analysis and retention strategies
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing, acquisition funnels, and campaign automation
- Familiarity with segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimization techniques
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Fluent in English; French language proficiency is strongly preferred
- An interest in blockchain, fintech, or cryptocurrency ecosystems is a plus
